Appointments & Scheduling

Appointments are scheduled by reservation. Mobile service arrival times may vary slightly depending on traffic, weather, and prior appointments.

Driven Aesthetics reserves the right to reschedule appointments due to weather conditions, safety concerns, equipment issues, or unforeseen circumstances.

Vehicle Condition & Service Limitations

Vehicle condition varies greatly. While we strive to deliver the best possible results, some stains, odors, pet hair, paint defects, scratches, water spots, etching, or other imperfections may not be fully removable.

Results may vary depending on vehicle condition, prior damage, material wear, and overall maintenance history.

Additional Charges

Heavily soiled vehicles, excessive pet hair, bodily fluids, mold, sand, excessive staining, or conditions requiring additional labor may be subject to additional charges. Customers will be notified before additional work is performed whenever possible.

Paint Polishing & Protection Services

Paint enhancement and polishing services are designed to improve gloss and reduce visible imperfections. Some defects may be minimized rather than fully removed.

Driven Aesthetics is not responsible for pre-existing paint damage, failing clear coat, rock chips, deep scratches, aftermarket paintwork, or previously repaired surfaces.

Personal Belongings

Customers are asked to remove personal belongings, valuables, firearms, and sensitive items from the vehicle prior to service. Driven Aesthetics is not responsible for lost or damaged personal items left inside the vehicle.
